To improve our services, Heguru Malaysia is currently undergoing the implementation of ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. This standard helps to organize processes, improve efficiency and quality of services and also to continually improve.

In March 2017, we had conducted a round of internal audit for all our processes under the guidance from consultant. Through this audit, we are able to know better the area that need to be improved. We hope through this standard we can provide better service to our students and parents.
