Art of The Ability Development

The Art of Cognitive Development is essential to start developing your children’s cognitive abilities through the following steps:

PROVIDING LOVE AND AFFECTION
BRAIN STIMULATION
ENHANCEMENT OF THE THINKING PROCESS AND PROGRESSING ACCORDING TO A CHILD’S AGE

1. Love And Affection Are Vital In The Development Of Knowledge.

In Dr. Paul Mclean’s evolutionary triune brain theory, he proposed that the human brain was in reality three brains all rolled into one; (1) the brainstem, (2) the limbic system, and (3) the celebral neocortex.

Stimuli to the brain are processed simultaneously. The brainstem represents “love”, which if unfulfilled may cause delay in transmission to the limbic system and celebral neocortex. This theory has been proven effective especially through infants with brainpower that accelerates through the abundance of affection.

2. Working Of The Right Brain And Left Brain

To some extent, it can be said that the left and right brain has totally opposite characteristics. The right brain processes images and data at a high speed subconsciously. Meanwhile, the left brain deals with data at a slower pace and deals with information one at a time, understanding them in parts and processing them during actual consciousness. In order to maintain a balance between left and right brain, reasoned cognitive development is very important.

Heguru training emphasizes on the Intelligent Genius Zone competence that develops the right brain.

3. Enhancement Of The Thinking Process And Progressing According To A Child’s Age

Heguru promotes the development of the right brain and the left brain to their full extent, so growth can be expected as shown in (1) (2).

As in (3), the brain grows at its fastest when one is young, it is vital to start the application of educational stimuli at as early an age as possible.

4. Working of the Right Brain and Left Brain

INCREASING CHILD’S POTENTIAL AND INTELLIGENCE

Heguru students’ IQ distribution (age range from preschoolers to sixth graders, some which are handicapped)

*An IQ is calculated with 100 as the mean; 80 as the borderline for special needs class. 120 is an indication of top scorers, while 140 is the requirement for an entrance examination to Tokyo University. It is clear that Heguru is achieving success in IQ improvement through cognitive development.

Main Purpose of Heguru Education

Enlarging “Vessel” For The Brain

Heguru programme actively trains the children’s right brain as to ensure it to be as open to new information as possible. A shortcut to achieving this is to develop the balance of IZ and BZ (9 Basic Powers). It is very important that the parents show complete faith in their children’s abilities.

Drawing Out Multiple Talents From The Children’s Personalities

Heguru provides opportunities to discover the children’s hidden talents. When they show interest in something, encouragement is the key. We allow them to do things in their entirety, from start to finish, so that they may feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cultivating The Power Of The Mind (EQ)

Family plays a major part in cultivating the minds of children. Children must feel that they are loved unconditionally. Parents should take on the responsibility of being their child’s first teacher. Heguru will then act as an additional outlet of support to promote continuous development.

Harnessing Genuine Thinking Power

We help children to develop the ability to think logically and evaluate matters calmly. When they don’t understand something, we prompt them to ask. Eventually, we integrate their right brain abilities with newly-acquired left brain information.
